Have you ever wondered what its like to perceive your environment from a higher state of consciousness? To be frank, that term ‘higher state’ is very convoluted. I have to use it, because its Universally understandable as a way of perceiving that’s different from your regular, ‘everyday’ state of being.

The reality is, there are ‘many’ states that fall under the category of being ‘higher’ than the everyday, normal, standard state of consciousness people operate under while going about their lives.

So one way of understanding these different states is to use an analogy of speed.

If you were walking down the street, the people walking beside you, you would have an easy time interacting with. You could talk to them, hand them an item, and share your thoughts and ideas. Now, someone on a bicycle riding beside you would also be able to interact with you, but you can see that they would have a little more difficulty riding at a slower speed to talk to you without falling off the bike.

At the same time, they could pick up their speed and zoom away from you. While their riding, everything would seem to be flying past them, and would seem to be moving slowly as you pass them by. You as the rider would have a more difficult time relating to those walking beside you, but could carry on a conversation with someone else riding their bike as fast as you.

A person driving by in a car would have a similar relation to someone on a bike, and someone flying overhead in a plane, would down at everyone, seeing them like little ants moving in slow motion as they moved across the land.

This same sensation of everything moving slowly is the same type of sensation when your Consciousness starts to move faster. It’s in a sense processing reality faster than normal, so its picking up on every nuance and subtlety that would pass someone by if their Awareness was moving slower.

Another way of looking at it is through film making. When you record something, you can pick the frame-rate, or frames per second. What this means is the camera is taking rapid pictures per second at the frame-rate you set. Now, our eyes and brain have a certain ‘speed’ by which it can normally process the pictures, so that it doesn’t look choppy, but streamlined and continuous.

This is usually around 25 fps (give or take). So if you filmed someone doing a somersault at 25 fps, and played it back at normal speed, of 25 fps, it would look normal. But if you filmed it at 50 fps, and played it back at the normal 25 fps, it would take you twice as long to view the somersault and it would look like it was moving in slow motion.

Did you get that?

In the same way, when you speed up your Consciousness, its like you are processing reality at 50, 100, 1000, 10,000 fps, but your brain can only process it at 25 fps normally. Now in truth, your brain’s processing speed can also be increased, but your Consciousness can always be dialed up far greater than what your brain can do.

So as you dial up your Consciousness, you are taking in more data than normal, and your brain is receiving it at its normal frame rate. So if you were to look at a bird flapping its wings, suddenly it seems the bird is moving slower than normal. You can almost even see the bird breathing.

As you learn to shift, or speed up your brains processes, you can then dial up your Consciousness even further and take in an even larger amount of data and still process it at a rate your brain can handle.

In other words, if 25 fps is the normal rate everyone operates at, and you can bring your brain to 100 fps, if your Consciousness is operating at 100 fps, everything will seem to be moving at the same speed as those at 25 fps, but you will be experiencing 4x the amount of data or detail, in a sense, a High-Definition reality.

Additionally, if you can bring your brain to 100 fps, and your Consciousness to 200 fps, and everything will move slower for you, at the same ‘slowness’ as it did when you were operating at brain=25 fps, consciousness 50 fps. The difference will be 8x increase in the textures, details, and resolution of your experience.

Now tying this into the analogy of the walker, bike rider and driver, if we say the person walking is 25 fps, the bike rider is 100 fps, and the driver is at 200 fps, if you wanted to carry on a conversation with the person driving the car, and they didn’t have a phone, you’d have to speed up to the same speed they are moving at, in order to converse with them.

In the same way, there are what we may call ‘ghosts’, ‘entities’, or ‘dimensional beings’, that are vibrating and existing at higher speeds of vibration than what our brains are designed to process. In order to perceive these beings, our brains or minds must be operating at the same ‘vibrational speed’ as they are, otherwise they won’t ‘exist’ for us in our reality.

We simply won’t be picking up on that ‘range’ of data.

This therefore can be a way of understanding why some people can see ghosts and spirits and others cannot. It’s all about the speed their brains, minds and consciousness is able to operate at.

Now what does this all mean to you?

Well, If you want to finally cross a threshold in your life, where you can experience a ‘hidden’ reality all around you, containing, ghosts, entities, energies, vortexes, dimensional beings, creatures and wildlife, all around you day in and day out, but are ‘invisible’ to you because of the state of mind you operate in moment-to-moment, I am willing to share a secret with you.

I am going to share with you a simple but profound ‘backdoor’ into these ‘dimensional’ realities that you have been Asleep to, most likely your whole life. Perhaps there were moments your brain spiked and you picked on something, but didn’t’ know how to bring yourself back into those states.

Let’s start now…

Now, this is a little ‘tricky’ to explain, because I need you to ‘understand’ what I am after, or what I’m trying to get you to experience, even though what I’m going to tell you to do is really simple.

1) Go outside to somewhere you can be alone, like a park, by the beach, preferably where you won’t have too many people around you that can disturb you, or where you will feel uncomfortable doing what I’m going to suggest.

2) Now, I want you to think about your body for a moment, and just feel what you are feeling

3) Next, I want you to think about your breathing, and how fast or slow you are breathing. You want to take a couple deep breaths in your nose and out your mouth.
*** Your goal through this is to have no words or emotions in your head, which I call ‘non-thought’, just stillness inside***

4) Now, start to walk slowly. As you walk slowly I want you to be aware of your breathing and without trying to control your breathing, allow yourself to breath slowly. As you move slower, your breathing should slow down. Your Breathing and your Mind are interconnected. When your mind is racing your breathing increases. When your mind slows down, your breathing slows down.

5) As you walk slowly, I want you to move slowly. Make every movement a deliberate movement to be slow. The pace you are looking for is. Step, One-one thousand, two-one thousand, (repeat) You don’t want to say this in your head, just learn the ‘rhythm’ or pace of this moment, and this is how slow you can walk to start. You can even move slower but this is a good starting point.

6) As you walk slowly, resist any urges to move faster, or your brain’s mental chatter.

7) Listen to the sounds all around you. *Important* Listen to the sounds you are making, your feet scraping the ground, your clothes brushing together, and the sounds near you, as well as what is in the distance, and pay attention to it.
***You must do this the whole time from this point onward***

8) Keep your eyes open and take in all that you can see around you, all the detail.
***You must do this the whole time from this point onward***
You will notice that as you move slower, you will notice details that you didn’t pick up on before, because you were too busy just ‘going about’ whatever you were doing.

9) Pay attention to your breathing as well, and make sure it is slow. There should be a slight heaviness in your chest area, that feels comfortable and peaceful.

Start to ‘FEEL’ what you are experiencing with your 5 senses in your chest area, your Empathic Sensory. Feel the sounds you are making, the sounds near you and in the distance as they rise and fall. Feel it all from your Chest Area, as IF your Chest area was Your Ears and Eyes. It is already picking up on the sensations of the sounds around you and what you are seeing. Acknowledge that feeling and be MINDFUL of what you are feeling in your Chest Area, and the changes happening there as you walk around.
***You must do this the whole time from this point onward***

10) Now, just LET GO… There will be a nervousness or some apprehension the first time, that prevents one from going deeper. Just tell yourself that you are safe and nothing can happen to you that you that you don’t want to happen, and just ‘let go’. Surrender and release yourself into this moment. You are here, don’t waste it.

11) Look up into the sky, and pay attention to what is BETWEEN You and the Sky. You should notice some greyish-silverish particles zipping around. See them and breathe them into your body, like they are rays of sunshine saturating your body. Imagine you had a Nose in your Chest Area and Breath that static energy into your chest area.

12) Now keep moving around your environment and simply just observe it, notice it, be with it. There will likely be interesting things happening around you that you will pick up on, simply because you’ve slowed down to notice it. I won’t tell you what you will pick up on. It depends on where you are and what’s happening there, but there is always something interesting going on.

Now, you may be wondering, how does ‘slowing’ down make you speed up?

Well, as you move more slowly, you are taking in MORE data than if you were just rushing around doing your thing. When you rush around, you often miss things, because your brain isn’t processing your reality that fast. It’s missing things, its glossing over things and filling in the gaps with a type of ‘Predictive Memory’.

What this means is it ‘assumes’ what is there, because it remembers what was there before, and doesn’t actual pick up on what is ‘really’ there in this moment. I’m sure you’ve walked by an object and thought you saw it on a table, but when you went back to see if its there, it wasn’t. That’ because your brain filled in the data, because you are moving too fast through your environment.

So, when you slow down, your brain’s processing speeds up. Your mind and Consciousness take in more data, because it has more time to notice everything. Little details you would just pass by , you pick up on.

By you engaging your two primary senses, visual and auditory, you ramp up the processing power of your brain. By now using that ‘Empathic Sensory’ around your Chest Area, which I’ve spoken about many times, as being where the Core of your Consciousness resides, you start taking more data into your Consciousness directly which also starts to ramp up its processing speed.

Now it already processes all the data your 5 senses bring in, so even if you were not paying attention to that sensory, your Consciousness would still speed up as you increase the data coming from your ears and eyes. But by actively using that Empathic or Energetic Sensory, you increase the amount of Energetic or Vibrational data you are picking up on and processing. So you will often notice that time seems to move slower when you engage that Empathic Sensory versus when you are not.

Think of it this way. If you were eating ice-cream and you eat it fast, are you experiencing all the sensations and textures of that ice-cream? No. But if you slow down, and take your time to SAVOR EVERY FLAVOR AND NUANCE OF THAT ICE CREAM, your experience will be exponentially increased. You will notice things about that ice cream you didn’t realize before.

So I know it’s counter-intuitive, but when you slow down, you actually ‘speed up’.

So this is a back door into a Higher State of Consciousness beyond the everyday method of processing. It’s a recipe. You can’t take any of the steps out, and expect to achieve the results I am after. It’s not about just walking slow. It’s about the rhythm, the breathing, the pace, the attention to layers of sounds, the letting go into the moment, the taking in of the Pranic Energy at the peak of your transition.

If you follow the instructions, I’m confident the majority of you will experience some profound things.

A little Tip, in how to use this state to ‘amplify’ your sensory:

Pay attention to what you are feeling in your chest area. When you look at someone, you will ‘feel’ something in your chest. If you are focusing on someone, what you will be feeling will likely be what that person is feeling. If you want to know more about the person, what you will be feeling as you ponder what it is you want to know, you will ‘feel’ those things. If you open your mind, or try to ‘see’ in your Mind’s Eye, what it is you are feeling, you will often get images of streamed data, related to what you were feeling.

So if you wanted to know what they did for work, and you felt something as you thought about that, and then turned to your Mind’s eye to see what that is, you may get an image of them sitting in front of a computer with a set of headphones on, you now know their job is related to computers, and talking to people, such as a customer service representative.

Really the possibilities are endless. You can use this with People, Animals, Objects and environments.
With an object, you want to sit down and try to feel as if you are that object in as much detail as possible, essentially assimilating the nuances, textures and vibration of that object. Then if you were to feel someone out, the more things you’ve ‘sampled’, the more things you can ‘relate’ what that person feels like towards.

With an environment, you want to feel what the space feels like as you enter it. As you move through an environment, if you are paying attention, you should notice certain shifts and changes in what the environment feels like. That is because the energy in an environment is all different throughout it. As you get good at this, you will be able to go into an environment and pick up on things that happened there in the past, and get images in your mind.

So again, the possibilities are endless, but ultimately, it can be used for more Spiritual pursuits, which is why I’m showing this to you in the first place.

Just keep in mind that you don’t want to go around ‘pulling’ data from people. Use discernment and follow the Golden Rule of “Do onto others as You’d want them to do onto you”.

So hopefully some of you will decide to turn to that static silverfish energy in the air and want to know more about that, as that is the literal Consciousness of the Universe moving around you, everywhere 24/7, but you want to start small, so you can build up your sensory and confidence in what you are doing.
